- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract
- 2-3 drops McCormick® Yellow Food Color

- vanilla wafers or vanilla sandwich cookies, crushed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix yogurt, lemon juice, sugar, extract and food color in a medium bowl until well blended. Divide mixture between 8 small paper cups or popsicle molds, filling about 2/3 of the way full.
- 2 Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of cookie crumbs over yogurt mixture in each mold; stirring gently. Top evenly with remaining cookie crumbs, gently pressing into yogurt mixture.
- 3 Insert a popsicle stick or colorful straws into each mold. Freeze at least 4 hours or overnight.
TIPS AND TRICKS
If popsicle molds are unavailable, use small disposable paper or plastic cups and wooden popsicle sticks or plastic spoons.
