Ingredients
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoon Blue color from McCormick® Nature's Inspiration Food Colors
- 1/8 teaspoon Yellow color from McCormick® Nature's Inspiration Food Colors
- 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Lime Extract
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® All Natural Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1 cup coarsely crushed graham crackers
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix cream and food colors in medium bowl until colors have dissolved. Pour into blender container. Add remaining ingredients except graham crackers; cover. Blend on high speed until well blended and mixture begins to thicken, about 1 minute.
- 2 Pour ice cream mixture into freezer-safe container. Stir in graham crackers. Cover.
- 3 Freeze at least 4 hours or until firm and scoopable.
