- 2 1/4 cups vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 1 teaspoon vietnamese x cajun style seasoning
- Fresh whipped cream, optional
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place ice cream, milk and Vietnamese Cajun Seasoning in blender container. Cover. Blend on high until smooth, about 20 seconds, scraping down sides of blender as needed.

Divide between two tall glasses. To serve, top with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional seasoning, if desired.
Test Kitchen Tip: For an extra kick of spice up the Vietnamese x Cajun Style Seasoning to 2 teaspoons.
