Ingredients
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Sesame Seed
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground White Pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper, (optional)
- 1 skin-on salmon fillet, (about 2 pounds)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix honey, green onions, soy sauce, butter, orange juice and spices in small bowl until well blended. Stir in crushed red pepper, if using. Place salmon in foil-lined 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon honey mixture evenly over salmon.
- 2 Roast salmon 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, basting occasionally with honey mixture.
