Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Original Chicken Cooking Bag & Seasoning Mix
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Mustard
- 3 pounds bone-in chicken parts, skin removed
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Mix Seasoning Mix, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper and mustard in bag.
- 2 Place chicken in bag; coat evenly with seasoning mixture. Arrange chicken in single layer in bag. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- 3 Bake in lower half of oven 45 to 50 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes. Serve chicken with sauce.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Allow 8 inches for bag to expand while cooking. Cooking bag should not touch oven walls or racks.
