Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Bag 'n Season® Pork Chops Cooking & Seasoning Mix
- 6 bone-in or boneless pork chops, 3/4-inch thick (about 2 1/2 pounds)
- 1/4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange opened Cooking Bag in 13x9-inch baking pan or dish. Trim excess fat from pork chops. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix evenly on both sides of each pork chop. Place in single layer in bag.
- 2 Pour water over pork chops. Close bag loosely with nylon tie. Cut 4 small holes in top of bag to allow steam to escape.
- 3 Bake in lower half of oven 20 to 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Let stand 5 minutes. Cut open bag. If desired, serve with prepared McCormick® Pork Gravy.
