Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Cheddar Fried Onion Crunchy Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 4 boneless chicken breasts, about 1/2 to 1-inch thickness (about 1 3/4 lbs.)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 To prepare in the OVEN, preheat oven to 400°F. Place chicken on large foil-lined sheet pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 2 Brush top of chicken breasts with mayonnaise. Coat top of chicken breasts with Seasoning Mix, pressing lightly to adhere.

Bake 20 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
Test Kitchen Tips:
• Try substituting BBQ Sauce, honey mustard or sour cream in place of the mayonnaise.
• Sprinkle the Seasoning Mix onto macaroni & cheese, casseroles or roasted veggies for extra crunch and flavor.
• For the Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer on 360°F for 3 minutes. Brush top of chicken breasts with mayonnaise. Coat top of chicken breasts with Seasoning Mix, pressing lightly to adhere. Place chicken, coating-side up, in single layer in air fryer. Air fry 10 to 12 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
