- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 2 pounds beef cube steaks
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 cups cold water

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix flour and seasoned salt in shallow dish. Dip steaks into milk then coat with flour mixture. Repeat dipping to use up milk and flour.
- 2 Fry steaks in hot oil in large skillet 5 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
- 3 Meanwhile, stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with wire whisk in 2-quart saucepan. Stirring frequently, cook on medium heat until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 1 minute. Serve gravy over steak.
