Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground chicken
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Beat egg and milk in large bowl. Stir in bread crumbs and Seasoning. Add ground chicken; mix well. Cover.
- 2 Refrigerate 1 hour. Shape chicken mixture into 1 1/2-inch meatballs (about 16).
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F). Serve with cooked pasta and Creamy Tomato Pasta Sauce, if desired.
