Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Thick And Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning Mix
- 1 can (28 ounces) whole peeled tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 cup water
- 5 large eggs
- Feta cheese, (optional garnish)
- Fresh dill, (optional garnish)
- Sliced red onion, (optional garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place tomatoes in medium bowl. Tear or cut into bite-size pieces using hands or kitchen shears.

Heat a medium oven-safe skillet on medium-high heat. Add olive oil, tomatoes, tomato paste, water and Thick & Zesty Spaghetti Sauce Mix; stir well to combine. Reduce heat to low; cover, and simmer 10 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Tip: If sauce is too thick, add additional water, 1/4 cup at a time, and allow to simmer for an additional 2 to 3 minutes. If sauce is too thin, uncover pan and simmer, allowing water to evaporate for about 5 minutes. - 3 Create 5 divots in the sauce with the back of a large spoon. Crack 1 egg in each divot. Transfer skillet to oven.
- 4 Bake until eggs are set, about 10 to 12 minutes. Add desired toppings such as feta cheese, dill, or red onion for a pop of fresh flavors! Enjoy! Best served with a side of toasted bread.
