Ingredients

  • 1/2 bag (from 2 pound bag) frozen French fries
  • 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, divided
  • 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
  • 6 hamburger rolls
  • 8 ounces prepared cheese product, such as Velveeta®, cubed
  • 1 can (4 1/2 ounces) chopped green chiles, undrained
  • 1/4 cup sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons milk

INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Bake fries as directed on package. Meanwhile, mix 2 tablespoons of the Seasoning Mix with ground beef in bowl until well blended. Shape into 6 patties.
  • 2 Grill burgers over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature of 160°F). Toast rolls on the grill, open-side down, about 30 seconds or until golden, if desired.
  • 3 Mix prepared cheese product, green chiles, sour cream, milk and remaining Seasoning Mix in medium microwavable bowl until blended. Microwave on HIGH 2 minutes. Stir. Microwave 1 minute longer or until heated through. Stir until smooth.
  • 4 Serve burgers on rolls topped with fries and cheese sauce.
