Ingredients
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Steak Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless beef sirloin, New York strip or rib-eye steaks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix lime juice, oil, Seasoning and honey in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Broil or grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
