Ingredients
- 1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1 egg
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 pound firm white fish fillets, such as cod, halibut or haddock, cut into strips
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- McCormick® Tartar Sauce
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 450°F. Mix bread crumbs and seasonings in a shallow dish. Beat egg and milk in separate shallow dish. Dip fish in egg mixture. Coat evenly on both sides with bread crumb mixture. Discard any remaining egg mixture and bread crumb mixture.
- 2 Place fish in single layer on foil-lined shallow baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Drizzle fish evenly with melted butter.
- 3 Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork, turning halfway through cook time. Serve with tartar sauce, if desired.
