Ingredients
- 2 packets (2.5 oz. each) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packet, Lemon Garlic
- 8 ounces (1/2 pound) fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder, to taste
- McCormick® Black Pepper Grinder, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook fettuccini as directed on package, reserving 1/2 cup pasta water.
- 2 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add tomatoes; sear until charred, stirring occasionally. Add garlic tomatoes and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- 3 Add cooked pasta, black olives and reserved pasta water to skillet, mixing well. Fold in the tuna. Cook and stir gently until heated through. Add chopped parsley and season with salt and pepper, to taste.
