Simply Asia® Japanese Style Ramen Noodles
Substitutions available
- 2 packages (3 ounces each) instant ramen (omit seasoning packet)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 2 teaspoons oyster sauce
- 1 teaspoon Thai Kitchen® Gluten Free Premium Fish Sauce
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan, plus more to serve
- 6 green onions, trimmed and thinly sliced
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook ramen noodles as directed on package. Drain well, reserving cooking water.
- 2 Melt butter in medium saucepan on medium heat. Add garlic powder, oyster sauce, fish sauce, soy sauce and 1/ 2 cup of the reserved cooking water, whisking to mix well.
- 3 Add cooked noodles, Parmesan cheese and green onions, tossing to coat noodles. Add additional cooking water 1 tablespoon at a time, as needed until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately, sprinkled with additional grated parmesan, if desired.
