- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 cup small mushrooms
- 1 medium onion, cut into thin wedges
- 1 small yellow squash, sliced
- 1 small zucchini, sliced

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix oil, wine and Seasoning in small bowl. Alternately thread shrimp and vegetables onto skewers. Brush with Seasoning mixture.
- 2 Grill over medium heat 6 to 8 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and vegetables are tender-crisp, turning frequently.
