Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 package McCormick® Brown Gravy Mix
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Minced Onions
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix ground beef, water, brown gravy mix, minced onion and black pepper in medium bowl just until blended. Shape into 6 patties.

Grill over medium-high heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until cooked through (internal temperature reaches 160°F). Meanwhile, toast rolls on grill alongside burgers. Serve burgers on toasted rolls with desired toppings and condiments, such as lettuce, tomato and red onion.
