- 1 package McCormick® Herb Roasted Chicken Oven Bake Sauce

Substitutions available
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 cup carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place chicken and vegetables in a 13x9-inch baking pan.
- 2 Pour Sauce evenly over chicken and vegetables.
- 3 Bake in preheated 400°F oven 40 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and vegetables are tender. Stir sauce and spoon over chicken and vegetables before serving.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Use 1 package (12 ounces) fresh or frozen green beans in place of the potatoes and carrots.
For bone-in chicken, use 2 1/2 pounds bone-in chicken parts. Bake 45 minutes or until chicken is cooked through.
