Ingredients
- 1 turkey breast, (5 to 6 pounds), fresh or frozen, thawed
- 4 teaspoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Italian Seasoning
- 2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 3/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Place roasting rack in shallow roasting pan. Mix Italian seasoning, seasoned salt and pepper in small bowl.
- 2 Place turkey breast in prepared pan. Spread seasoning mixture over entire surface and under skin of turkey. Cover loosely with heavy duty foil.
- 3 Roast 1 hour. Remove foil. Add water to pan. Roast 1 to 1 1/2 hours longer or until internal temperature reaches 165°F, basting occasionally with pan juices. Remove turkey from oven. Let stand, loosely covered with foil, for 15 minutes. Transfer to platter or carving board and slice.
