Ingredients
- 1 package McCormick® Instant Pot® Teriyaki Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch chunks
- 3 tablespoons cold water
- 2 tablespoons corn starch
- 2 green onions, green parts only, finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix Seasoning Mix, water, soy sauce and brown sugar in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to pot. Stir in chicken. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
- 2 Select PRESSURE COOK (MANUAL); cook 5 minutes on HIGH PRESSURE. When done, quick-release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot has completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating instructions.)
- 3 Whisk water and corn starch in small bowl until well blended. Select SAUTÉ setting. Stir corn starch mixture into sauce mixture in pot until well blended. Simmer 1 minute until mixture is slightly thickened, stirring frequently. Sprinkle with green onions to serve.

TO PREPARE IN THE SLOW COOKER:
1. Mix Seasoning Mix, water, soy sauce and brown sugar in small bowl with wire whisk until well blended. Add to slow cooker. Stir in chicken. Cover.
2. Cook 4 hours on LOW or 2 hours on HIGH.
3. Whisk water and corn starch in small bowl until well blended. Stir corn starch mixture into sauce mixture in slow cooker until well blended. Cover. Cook 30 minutes longer on HIGH or until desired consistency. Turn off slow cooker. Sprinkle with green onions to serve.
