Ingredients
- 1 cup water
- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 container (8 ounces) whipped cream cheese
- 1 package McCormick® Instant Pot® Ranch Chicken Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bacon, crisply cooked nd crumbled
- 2 green onions , finely chopped
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Spray pot with no stick cooking spray. Place water and chicken in pot. Dollop cream cheese evenly over chicken. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over top. Close lid. Set Valve to Seal.
- 2 Set to cook 20 minutes on MEAT/STEW function or until chicken is cooked through. When done, quick-release the pressure. Open the lid once pressure inside the pot is completely released. (Check manufacturer’s manual for safe operating directions.)
- 3 Remove chicken to large bowl. Shred using 2 forks. Whisk sauce mixture in pot until smooth. Return chicken to pot. Stir in cheese. Sprinkle with bacon and green onions to serve.

TO PREPARE IN SLOW COOKER:
1. Place water and chicken in slow cooker. Dollop cream cheese evenly over chicken. Sprinkle Seasoning Mix over top. Cover.
2. Cook 6 hours on LOW or 3 hours on HIGH.
