Ingredients
- 1 bone-in spiral-cut ham, about 10 pounds
- 1 1/4 cups honey, divided
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Lemon Extract
- 1 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Whole Rosemary Leaves, crushed, divided
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 325°F. Place the ham on its side in roasting pan. Mix 1 cup of the honey, 1 1/2 teaspoons of the extract and 1 teaspoon of the rosemary in small bowl until well blended. Brush 1/2 of the honey mixture over ham, gently separating the slices so mixture can reach middle of ham. Cover loosely with foil.
- 2 Bake 1 hour, basting occasionally with pan drippings. Remove foil. Brush with remaining honey mixture. Bake 45 minutes longer.
- 3 Meanwhile, mix remaining 1/4 cup honey, 1/2 teaspoon extract and 1/4 teaspoon rosemary in small bowl. Serve with ham along with the pan drippings.
