Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 2 teaspoons flour
- 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 container (12 ounces) McCormick® Simply Better Beef Gravy
- 2 cups frozen peas and carrots
- 1 package (24 ounces) prepared mashed potatoes
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Parsley Flakes
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Brown ground beef with onions in large ovenproof skillet on medium-high heat. Drain fat.
- 2 Sprinkle beef with flour; cook and stir until blended. Stir in Worcestershire sauce, Gravy and frozen vegetables. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Top evenly with potatoes. Sprinkle with parsley.
- 3 Broil 5 minutes or until golden brown. Test Kitchen Tip: Wrap the skillet handle in foil if your skillet is not ovenproof.
