Ingredients
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Fennel Seed
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Ginger
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 1/2 pounds flank steak
- Grated peel of 1 lemon
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place soy sauce, oil, spices, garlic and lemon peel in food processor or blender; cover. Process until coarsely chopped. Place steak into large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well.
- 2 Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove steak from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
- 3 Grill over medium-high heat 6 to 8 minutes per side or until desired doneness.
