INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Mix Marinade Mix, oil, lime juice and water in small bowl. Reserve 2 tablespoons marinade for brushing. Place fish filets in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add remaining marinade; turn to coat well.
  • 2 Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Do not marinade seafood longer than 30 minutes. Remove fish filets from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade.
  • 3 Grill over medium heat 3 to 4 minutes per side or until desired doneness, brushing with reserved marinade halfway through cooking.
