- 1 packet (2.5 ounces) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packet, Lemon Garlic
- 1 cup arugula
- 1 cup cooked quinoa
- 1/4 cup chopped sweet bell peppers
- 1/4 cup sliced radishes
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup garbanzo beans
- Chopped parsley, for optional garnish
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- McCormick® Black Pepper Grinder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place arugula in a serving bowl. Layer with quinoa and tuna. Add bell peppers, radishes, avocado, and garbanzo beans. Top with parsley, if desired. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
