Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Minced Garlic
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Basil Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 tablespoon dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Melt butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add shrimp and Seasonings; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or just until shrimp turn pink.
- 2 Stir in wine, lemon juice, and Parmesan cheese until shrimp are well coated.
- 3 Serve with cooked rice or pasta and garnish with fresh lemon wedges, if desired.
