- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Thyme
- 2 pork tenderloins, (about 1 pound each)

peach preserves
Substitutions available
- apricot preserves
- 1 tablespoon French's® Classic Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 1/4 teaspoons McCormick® Ground Ginger
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix seasoned salt and thyme in small bowl. Rub evenly over pork. Place on rack in foil-lined roasting pan.
- 2 Roast 35 to 40 minutes or until desired doneness.
- 3 Mix preserves, Worcestershire sauce and ginger in small bowl. Spoon over pork during the last 10 minutes of cooking. Slice pork and serve with pan juices.
TIPS AND TRICKS
Grilling Directions :
Season pork as directed. Grill over medium heat 25 to 30 minutes or until desired doneness. Brush or spoon preserve mixture over pork during the last 10 minutes of cooking.
