Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Rubbed Sage
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Lawry's® Seasoned Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
- 1 whole chicken (4 pounds)
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix sage, seasoned salt and pepper. Sprinkle seasoning under skin and all over chicken. Place on rack in roasting pan.
- 2 Roast 1 1/4 to 1 1/2 hours until chicken is cooked through.
