Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Organic Shawarma
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 pound boneless strip steak, cut into thin strips
- 1 (8.8 ounces) mccormick white basmati rice
- Assorted topping such as chickpeas, diced cucumbers, diced tomatoes, sliced radishes, chopped red onion, chopped fresh mint and plain Greek yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Whisk oil, vinegar, Shawarma Seasoning, and garlic powder in small bowl. Place steak in large resealable plastic bag or glass dish. Add marinade; turn to coat well. Refrigerate 1 hour or longer for more flavor.
- 2 Remove steak from marinade. Heat large skillet on high heat. Add steak; stir fry 3 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
- 3 Meanwhile, heat White Basmati Rice according to package directions. Divide evenly between 2 bowls. Top with Shawarma beef and desired toppings.
