- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Cajun Seasoning
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 pound salmon fillet
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 375°F. Stir Seasoning, brown sugar and oil in a small bowl.
- 2 Place salmon on a large sheet pan. Rub evenly with half of the seasoning mixture. Toss asparagus with the remaining seasoning mixture; set aside.
- 3 Roast salmon 10 minutes. Carefully remove sheet pan from oven. Arrange asparagus around the salmon and return to oven to roast 10 minutes longer, or until fish flakes easily with a fork and asparagus is tender.
