Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Whole Thyme Leaves
- 3 tablespoons butter, softened
- 8 slices sourdough bread , 1/2-inch thick
- 4 slices American cheese , 1-ounce slices
- 4 slices Cheddar cheese , 1-ounce slices
- 4 slices Muenster cheese , 1-ounce slices
- 1 large plum tomato, cut into 8 slices
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Mix mustard and thyme. Set aside. Butter 1 side of each of the bread slices. Spread mustard mixture on each of 4 bread slices with buttered side down. Layer each with 1 slice of each of the cheeses and 2 slices tomato. Top with remaining bread slices with buttered side up.
- 2 Place sandwiches in large skillet or griddle on medium-low heat. Cook 3 to 4 minutes per side or until bread is browned and cheese is melted. Cook in batches if necessary.
