- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package McCormick® Greek Style Gyro Seasoning & Sauce Duo
- 3 small pitas, cut into quarters
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup sliced red bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced red onion
- Fresh dill, to garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. In a large bowl, mix the olive oil and Greek Style Gyro Seasoning (Pouch #2). Add the sliced chicken and toss to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 20 minutes.
- 2 Place one piece of pita into each cup of a 12-cup muffin tin, pressing gently to form a bowl. Divide the marinated chicken, bell peppers, and onions evenly among the pita cups.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the pita edges are golden brown.
- 4 While the cups bake, whisk together Greek yogurt with the Tzatziki Sauce Mix (Pouch #1). Drizzle the sauce over the chicken cups. Top with fresh dill, if desired. Serve immediately.
