Ingredients
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 pounds all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 teaspoons McCormick® Freeze-Dried Chives
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/3 cup butter, cut into chunks
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Place potatoes in medium saucepan. Cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 10 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are fork tender. Drain.
- 2 Return potatoes to saucepan. Add spices and salt. Mash with potato masher gradually adding milk then butter. Stir in bacon.
