- 1 packet (2.5 ounces) Chicken of the Sea® Wild Caught Light Tuna Packet, Dill Tuna Salad
- 1/2 pound red potatoes (about 2 to 3 medium red potatoes(
- 1 large egg, boiled and chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- McCormick® Black Pepper Grinder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cut potatoes into 1/2-inch cubes. Bring a medium pot of water to boil. Add potatoes; cook until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool.
- 2 Place cooled potatoes in medium bowl. Add tuna, egg, and parsley. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve with lemon wedges, if desired.
