- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
- 1 pound asparagus, trimmed
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Crunchy Topping
- 1 package Salmon Seasoning Mix from Flavor Maker Weeknight Kit Seasoning Mix
- 1 1/2 pounds salmon fillets
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup panko bread crumbs
- Glaze
- 1 package Salmon Seasoning Mix from Flavor Maker Weeknight Kit Seasoning Mix
- 1/3 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 pounds salmon fillets

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 To use as a Seasoning, arrange salmon and asparagus on large foil-lined sheet pan. Drizzle asparagus with oil. Sprinkle salmon and asparagus evenly with 1 package Flavor Maker Salmon Seasoning Mix. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 2 To use as a Crunchy Topping, mix 1 package Flavor Maker Salmon Seasoning Mix with panko bread crumbs in small bowl. Brush salmon evenly with mayo. Coat with panko mixture. Bake in preheated 375°F oven 20 minutes or until cooked through.
- 3 To use as a Glaze, mix 1 package Flavor Maker Salmon Seasoning Mix, honey and soy sauce in small bowl. Reserve 1/4 cup of the glaze mixture for drizzling. Bake salmon in preheated 375°F oven 15 minutes. Brush with remaining glaze and bake 5 minutes longer, or until cooked through. Cut into bite-size chunks and drizzle with reserved 1/4 cup glaze to serve.
