- 1 package Vegetable Seasoning Mix from Flavor Maker Weeknight Kit Seasoning Mix
- 8 cups assorted cut-up vegetables
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Sauce
- 1 package Vegetable Seasoning Mix from Flavor Maker Weeknight Kit Seasoning Mix
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1/2 package (4 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Vinaigrette
- 1 package Vegetable Seasoning Mix from Flavor Maker Weeknight Kit Seasoning Mix
- 2/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 To use as a Seasoning, toss cut-up vegetables with oil. Sprinkle with 1 pkg. Flavor Maker Vegetable Seasoning Mix, tossing to coat evenly. Roast or thread onto skewers and grill until tender.
- 2 To use as a Sauce Mix, bring heavy cream to light boil in small saucepan on medium heat, whisking constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 5 minutes. Add 1 package Flavor Maker Vegetable Seasoning Mix and cream cheese, whisking until smooth. Simmer until desired consistency is reached. Stir in lemon juice. Sauce will thicken upon standing. Serve with your favorite cooked veggies.
- 3 To use as a Vinaigrette Mix, whisk 1 package Flavor Maker Vegetable Seasoning Mix, olive oil, lemon juice and Dijon mustard in small bowl. Great for fresh veggie salads!
