Ingredients
- 1 pound baby gold potatoes, quartered or cut into bite-size chunks
- 3 tablespoons butter, melted
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Mix melted butter, vegetable oil, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, sea salt and pepper in large bowl. Add potatoes, tossing to coat well with cheese mixture.
- 2 Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray. Sprinkle with any remaining cheese mixture from bowl and press lightly to coat potatoes.
- 3 Roast 30 to 35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown.
