- 1 pound (16 ounces) uncooked pasta, such as gemelli, rotini, or penne
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Perfect Pinch® Gluten Free Salad Supreme Seasoning
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 6 ounces (about 1/3 pound) deli-sliced salami, cut into thin strips
- 1 pint (2 cups) cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 package (8 ounces) mozzarella pearls

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Cook pasta as directed on package for al dente. Rinse with cold water and drain well. Set aside.
- 2 Whisk mayo, olive oil, vinegar, Salad Supreme Seasoning, Parmesan cheese and sugar in large bowl until well blended. Add salami, tomatoes, mozzarella, pepperoncini and cucumber, tossing to coat.
- 3 Gently stir in cooked pasta, mixing well to coat evenly with dressing. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow flavors to blend. Stir before serving. Serve cold.
