- 1 loaf (16 ounces) Italian bread
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons McCormick® Garlic, Herb and Black Pepper and Sea Salt All Purpose Seasoning
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Cut bread into 12 slices (about 1-inch thick), without cutting through bottom of loaf. Place on foil-lined baking pan.
- 2 Mix butter and Seasoning in small bowl. Brush over bread and into the cuts to soak into bread. Sprinkle with cheese, pushing cheese into the cuts.
- 3 Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese is melted.
