Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds medium asparagus spears, ends trimmed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Allspice
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cayenne Red Pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/8 teaspoon sea salt from McCormick® Sea Salt Grinder
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 425°F. Arrange asparagus in single layer on large foil-lined baking pan.
- 2 Mix butter, allspice, red pepper, garlic powder and sea salt. Pour 2 tablespoons of mixture over asparagus, turning to coat. Reserve remaining mixture; set aside.
- 3 Roast asparagus 10 minutes or until tender crisp. Transfer to serving platter and drizzle with remaining butter mixture.
