Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 4 ounces baby portobello mushrooms, sliced
- 1 medium yellow onion, chopped
- 1 medium red bell pepper, seeded and chopped
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 small zucchini, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Onion Powder
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Oregano Leaves
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Crushed Red Pepper
- 2/3 cup pizza sauce
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper; cook for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano leaves and crushed red pepper flakes and cook for additional 5 minutes.
- 2 Add pizza sauce to skillet with veggies and top with mozzarella. Cover and do not stir. Cook for additional 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
- 3 Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and season with salt and pepper to taste.
