INSTRUCTIONS

  • 1 Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for 4 minutes. Add onion and bell pepper; cook for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, oregano leaves and crushed red pepper flakes and cook for additional 5 minutes.
  • 2 Add pizza sauce to skillet with veggies and top with mozzarella. Cover and do not stir. Cook for additional 3 minutes or until mozzarella is melted.
  • 3 Sprinkle with crushed red pepper and season with salt and pepper to taste.
