- 2 pounds red potatoes, cut in wedges
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Salt Free Garlic and Herb Seasoning

- 1 Preheat oven to 400°F. Toss potatoes with oil in large bowl. Add Seasoning; toss until evenly coated.
- 2 Spread potatoes in single layer on foil-lined 15x10x1-inch baking pan sprayed with no stick cooking spray.
- 3 Roast 40 minutes or until potatoes are golden brown, turning potatoes halfway through cook time.
