Ingredients
- Pumpkin Pie Vinaigrette
- 1/4 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 tablespoon packed brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin
- 2 teaspoons French's® Chardonnay Dijon Mustard Squeeze Bottle
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Pure Pumpkin Pie Spice Blend Extract
- Salad
- 6 cups mixed salad greens
- 1 pear, cored and cut into 12 slices
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds, toasted
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 For the Pumpkin Pie Vinaigrette, place all ingredients in blender container; cover. Blend on medium speed until well blended.
- 2 For the Salad, toss lettuce with vinaigrette in large bowl. Divide among salad plates. Divide pear slices, feta cheese and almonds among each salad.
