INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour stock in medium saucepan. Add corn starch; whisk until well blended. Stir in drippings, salt, black pepper and thyme.
- 2 Cook on medium heat, stirring frequently, until gravy comes to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 2 to 3 minutes. (Makes 2 cups)
TIPS AND TRICKS
Read labels of all recipe ingredients to ensure all are gluten-free.
Stir in 1 cup chopped cooked turkey giblets with turkey drippings. Substitution Tip: Use 4 teaspoons cornstarch in place of the gluten-free flour. Continue as directed.
