Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallots
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounces) diced tomatoes, well drained
- 2 tablespoons chicken broth
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Smoked Paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch McCormick® Pure Ground Black Pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Heat 2 teaspoons of the oil in small skillet on medium-high heat. Add shallots; cook and stir 2 minutes or until tender.
- 2 Transfer shallots to food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Process until smooth.
