Ingredients
- 4 ounces (1/2 package) cream cheese, softened
- 2 jalapeños, seeded and diced
- 4 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1 tablespoon McCormick® Grill Mates® Sweet & Smoky Rub
- 2 pounds 80/20 ground beef
- 2 tablespoons McCormick® Grill Mates® Coarse Black Pepper & Flake Salt Seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons McCormick® Garlic Powder
- 6 slices pepper jack cheese
- 6 hamburger buns
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 In a medium size bowl mix together cream cheese, diced jalapeños, bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, green onions, and Sweet & Smoky Rub.
- 2 Place ground beef into large bowl and season with McCormick Coarse Pepper & Flake Salt and garlic powder. Mix with hands to combine.
- 3 Divide ground beef into 12 equal balls. Flatten to form thin patties. Add a spoonful of your cream cheese mixture to the middle of six of the patties. Cover with one of the remaining patties then squeeze together edges to seal.
- 4 Grill over medium heat until cooked through. Top with slice of pepper jack cheese.
- 5 Place burger patty between buns and dress your burger with your favorite toppings.
