- 1 1/2 cups McCormick® Beer Batter Seafood Batter Mix
- 1/2 teaspoon McCormick® Celery Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon McCormick® Ground White Pepper

- 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
- 8 dinner rolls
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 stalk celery, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup shredded carrots
- 3 tablespoons blue cheese dressing
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- Vegetable oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Pour oil into deep fryer or large heavy skillet, filling no more that 1/3 full. Heat oil to 350°F.
- 2 Mix Batter Mix, celery salt and white pepper in large bowl. Coat shrimp in dry mixture, shaking off excess, and set aside. Add beer to remaining batter mixture and whisk until smooth. Dip shrimp in batter, shaking off excess. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side. Allow to drain on paper towels. Toss fried shrimp with buffalo sauce in large bowl. Keep warm.
- 3 To assemble sliders, slice dinner rolls in half and place, cut side up, on a baking sheet. Butter each half and broil until lightly toasted. Place lettuce, celery, carrots and dressing in a large bowl; tossing to coat. Divide lettuce mixture over the bottom of each roll. Place shrimp over lettuce mixture, sprinkle with crumbled blue cheese and top with roll. Serve immediately.
