- 3 cans (15 1/2 ounces each) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix

- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Squeeze chickpeas gently to remove skins and discard skins. Pat chickpeas dry with paper towels. Place chickpeas in large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, stirring to coat. Sprinkle with Chili Seasoning and toss to coat evenly. Spread chickpeas in single layer on large shallow baking pan.
- 2 Bake 50 to 60 minutes until chickpeas are a deep golden brown, stirring every 15 minutes.
- 3 Cool chickpeas 30 minutes. Serve warm or cool completely and store in an airtight container in a cool dry place up to 1 week.
