- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup whole corn kernels, steamed or sautéed
- 1 package McCormick® Mexican Style Street Corn Taco Seasoning Mix
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
INSTRUCTIONS
- 1 Preheat oven to 350°F. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, corn and Seasoning Mix in 1-quart baking dish until well blended. Sprinkle evenly with mozzarella cheese.
- 2 Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until mixture is heated through. Broil on HIGH 5 minutes until top is bubbly and golden brown. Sprinkle with fresh cilantro and green onions, if desired. Served with tortilla chips for dipping.
